Data-Driven Leadership for Cultural Heritage Organizations and Projects
About this conversation
Former LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner once said, “Data really powers everything that we do.” Does it apply to highly creative fields such as cultural heritage? What are the competitive advantages of data-driven cultural heritage organizations? And dark side? How do you become a data-driven leader and establish a data-driven organizational culture? How do you, as a leader, democratize, demystify, and simplify data for your employees and partners? What do you do with data skeptics? How can you connect your team for the shared goal around data?
This online conversation will consist of a 15-minute presentation by Dr. Kenneth Aitchison, followed by a 50-minute Q&A facilitated by Tekla Balogh-Bodor, CEU MA student. After that, the participants are invited to join a 20-minutes open discussion.
